Yesterday, Steely Dan (by Hardrock) and Henrik von Eckermann competed in the 5* 1.60m Grand Prix of Dinard. The pair also managed to remain faultless in the jump-off, securing fifth place. The Hardrock son is bred by G. Wauters and won €35,000 in prize money.
There was even more success for Henrik von Eckermann and a VDL offspring. He won the 1.45m on Friday with Glamour Girl (by Zirocco Blue), bred by Stoeterij Gaesbeek. In the same class, King Blue (by Dallas) finished in third place with Denis Lynch. The Dallas son is bred by Q. van Erp from Boekel.
