Last weekend, the De Wolden Cup took place in De Wijk. Several offspring of VDL stallions appeared. Including the 4-year-old Red Rag VDL (by Landino), the VDL-bred Landino son with Roel Harke received 25.5 points from the jury. This earned the duo a nice 2nd place. 4th place was again for Roel Harke, this time with Rivale T. (by Kallmar) bred by M. Terpstra. The top 5 was completed by J. ten Kate-bred Liamant son Rapidus TK with Daphne van den Berg.
In the class for the 5-year-old show jumpers, there was a nice 5th place for Piccobello FL (by Comthago) with Frits Leenders. In addition to being rider of the Comthago daughter, he is also the breeder.
