Nottingham VDL is already the 7^th KWPN-approved son of the ‘Preferent’ awarded Arezzo VDL.

In breeding, the Chin Chin son Arezzo VDL fulfils the sky-high expectations; his son VDL Edgar M is with Marlon Modolo Zanotelli among world's very best showjumpers and also Farezzo (Edwin Smits), Elien (Andreas Schou & Theodor Linde), Electra B (Richard Howley) and many others compete successfully at Grand Prix level.

Nottingham has an outstanding pedigree with top sires Indoctro, Emilion, Farn and Marco Polo in a row.

Dam Ersina is a ‘Keur’ awarded mare who scored 83 points in the IBOP-test and stands out for her excellent character, with a 9 for rideability and 8,5 for mindset.

Granddam Kersina has been successful in breeding with offspring like Rocksina, Alpha VDL, Wally, Secretly and H - all successful showjumpers at international Grand Prix level. Rocksina made her breakthrough at the highest level with Chayenne Wiskerke and later, with Ireland’s Cameron Hanley, she collecting many international top-placings.

Nottingham VDL's great-granddam Obligeant stood at the basis of an incredible list of successful showjumpers and produced the famous Argelith's Piccolino ridden by Rene Tebbel. For generations this famous Sina line has been known as one of the Netherlands' most successful damlines, partly due to Grand Prix showjumpers such as Mac Kinley, Modesto, Emmerton VDL, Vivaldi K, Big Brother, Flash and Cavalier.
