Leone Jei (by Baltic) winner Grand Prix Aachen

In a thrilling jump-off, Leone Jei (by Baltic) and Martin Fuchs managed to claim victory in the Aachen Grand Prix. The duo managed to stay clear in the jump-off in a time of 50.29 seconds. The Baltic son is bred by G.M. van Mersbergen and managed to win €500,000 in prize money, bringing the total to almost €4.4 million in prize money.

Iglesias D.V. (by Quasimodo vd Molendreef) also managed to qualify for the jump-off and finished in 8th place with Olivier Robert. The Quasimodo vd Molendreef son is bred by R. de Vries from Eén.

At the Nations Cup, the L.J. Tinto-bred Imperial HBF (by Glasgow vt Merelsnest) with Mclain Ward claimed the victory with the US team.

On Friday, the Harley daughter Karonia L (by Harley) bred by Th. Lemmers proved unbeatable in the 1.45m two-stage special, with Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida. Second place went to King Blue (by Dallas) with Denis Lynch. Q. van Erp is the breeder of the Dallas son.

Finally, there was success for our stallion New Pleasure (by For pleasure) and Hessel Hoekstra. The duo managed to open strongly during their Aachen debut by finishing second in the 1.40m class. The For Pleasure son, bred by Stal ter Putte, managed to jump another clear round in the 1.40m on Thursday.
