Last Sunday the Grand Prix of Lier was held, in which Epona (by Arezzo) managed to finish third. The Arezzo daughter is bred by Ewa Fabinska and is ridden by Dennis Caubergs. Fourth place went to Ma-Belle vh Eegdeken (by Cardento) and Jens Vandenberk, who also managed to stay clear in the jump-off. The Cardento daughter is bred by Liesbet Caeyman. Sixth place also went to a VDL offspring, namely Isa Tella (by Etoulon). The Etoulon daughter is bred by Santema and is ridden by Charlotte Barbey.
On Friday, victory in the 1.45m went to King Lepantino (by Arezzo) with Matthew Sampson. The duo managed to stay clear in the jump-off and set the fastest time. The Arezzo son is bred by Ewelina Derda.
