It was a great day yesterday at the provincial KWPN mareshow of Friesland.
There were 9 foals selected for the finals of the Championship of the jumpingbred foals. Champion became the filly Hilde Balia SMH, a Baltic x Chin Chin, bred and owned by M. Hovenga from Jelsum. Champion of the colts was Hilfiger VDL, a son of Arezzo bred out of the Indoctro-mare Zazelli VDL. Hilfiger is by the VDL Stud.

9th Harteveld VDL, Bubalu x Indoctro, breeder: VDL Stud
All foals who were selected for the final received an invitation for the Dutch Foals Championship.
Honored as Champion of the 3 year old jumpingbred mare was the beautiful mare Elrite JR, a daughter of Arezzo bred out of the Ahorn-merrie Ulrite. Elrite JR is a very nice mare who also has a great jumping technique. At the inspection days she received a score of 85 for her type and 85 for free jumping . The mare is bred and owned by the family Reitsma from Driesum..

There was also a class for 2 year old mares, this class was won by the Nimmerdor-mare Fresia van Dahlia VDL, bred by the VDL Stud.
