The Canadian rider Frankie Chesler was with the VDL horses VDL Nuit de Pommes and VDL Oscar very succesfull at the International Horse Show in Welkenraedt (Belgium).
The 9 -years old VDL Nuit de Pommes (Jus de Pommes x Wellington) was 2nd in the Grand Prix of Welkenraedt on Sunday. VDL Nuit de Pommes was double clear in this 1.45 m class. On Saturday he was also 2nd, this time in a 1.40 m class and on Friday VDL Nuit de Pommes was 11th in a 1.40 m class against the clock.
The 8-years old VDL Oscar (Indoctro x Ahorn) was 2nd in a 1.45 m class on Saturday and 6th in a 1.40 m clas against the clock on Sunday.
